EBSCO PressReader platform available on trial period now at the University of Latvia

PressReader  by EBSCO is unified platform to access 7000 newspapers and magazines from 120 countries in 60 languages. All the publications can be downloaded and saved for reading off-line anywhere and anytime. There is a translation tool provided on the platform. For more convenient reading users are invited to launch the PressReader App.  

Please use the user-guide for a better understanding of current database.

The database is available in UL (Lanet) computer network and outside campus until the 30th of November, 2019.

For user convenience the PressReader online training will be held on October 16, 2019 at 4 pm on Zoom Meeting by PressReader representative James Fairbotham. 

To access the webinar the connection in Zoom Meeting with Meeting ID (215 970 810) and Password (231928)  is required.

You are kindly asked to use the search engine Primo which provides the simultaneous search in all the resources of the Library of UL, trials included.
