The database is accessible only to the teaching staff and students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia on the premises of the Faculty and the Library at Raina bulvaris stationary computers.

Remote access to the database is available only to the teaching staff and students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia, by logging in with LUIS username and password. 

In cooperation with the Riga Graduate School of Law, UL provides access to e-books on the Kluwer Digital Books platform.
