The IEEE Electronic Library (IEL) contains one-third of the world’s current literature in electrical engineering, communications, and computing. It offers more than 6 million full-text documents, including over 1.3 million articles from 210 top-cited IEEE journals and magazines, over 4.5 million conference papers from as far back as 1936 and approximately 5,000 IEEE standards documents.

ACM Digital Library is a research, discovery and networking platform that includes full-text collections of ACM publications including journals, conference proceedings, technical journals and newsletters in the fields of computing and information technologies. The database offers more than 70 high impact journals, in total around 560,000 full-text articles with 18,000 new articles added every year and 275 conference proceedings titles.

UL users have access to all database content except books and dissertations.
